How to Connect Hello Guest Screen to Your Cloudbeds Account
The Cloudbeds integration connects through the Cloudbeds App Marketplace. Setup takes under 10 minutes and requires no technical knowledge.
Step 1
Log In to Your Hello Guest Screen Dashboard
Go to helloguestscreen.com and sign in to your account. If you are new to Hello Guest Screen, start your 14-day free trial — no credit card required. Navigate to Settings, then Integrations from the main dashboard.
Step 2
Select Cloudbeds from the Integrations List
In the Integrations section of your Hello Guest Screen dashboard, find Cloudbeds in the list of supported platforms and click Connect. You will be directed to authorize the connection between Hello Guest Screen and your Cloudbeds account.

Authorize the Connection in Your Cloudbeds Account
Log in to your Cloudbeds account. Navigate to Account, then Apps and Marketplace. Find Hello Guest Screen and click Connect App. Review the permissions list — Hello Guest Screen requests read-only access to your reservation data. Click Authorize. No payment data, guest contact details, or financial records are shared.
